This lens is one of the best deals you can find in the ultrawide zoom range. I’ve owned this lens twice. The lens is just plain fun to use. At 15mm you get a ridiculous wide view with a semi-fisheye effect and at 30mm you get a wide normal that’s tame enough to do environmental portraits. If you don’t want any distortion at all you can use the lens preset for the first version of the Canon 16-35 L in Lightroom or Photoshop and it will clean right up. The main thing about this lens is… I almost didn’t believe it at first so I did some test on resolution charts. One of the sharper ultrawides I’ve ever tested. Shoot a landscape at f/8 and you won’t believe the detail. Normal signs of use on the body. Very nice condition in general. I’m pretty sure I have the original box and soft case around somewhere.
