ASPHERICAL ELEMENTS Rokinon’s aspherical lens design creates a more complex surface profile, while also reducing lens size and weight. Specially shaped “aspherical” elements near the diaphragm restore alignment of light rays at the image plane, translating to high sharpness and contrast even at maximum aperture.
