LOMO Super Speed Lens 28mm T1.5 Lens with ARRI PL mount Block version: OKC9-28-1. Slip-on front cap; plastic Arri PL rear cap. This is genuine LOMO optical block (OKC9-28-1 version) in modern casing. Re-housing was done by KIM CAMERA. Lens has standard 0.8 pitch follow focus metal gears on focus and aperture rings and 95mm front for matte box use. Optical condition of this lens is excellent, as there is no deep scratches, deep’cleaning marks’, cracks, etc. On it’s glasses; there is no haze, fungus, fog, separations, etc. Mechanical condition of this lens is excellent; focus and aperture rings works smooth, fine, without any problems; rings can sounds a bit gritty when in use, as lens may need new greases, etc. To work very smooth and silent again; remember, that this is 1.5K GBP budget re-housing by KimCamera, not 5K GBP TLS or Zero Optics re-housing; i think this lens is good for manual and electronic follow focus units; aperture close to the end, without any problems; aperture can have some micro amount of grease on it. Visual condition of this lens is perfect, as it was used just for tests, when it came back from Korea from KimCamera; lens has some MINIMAL signs ouf use on it’s casing, as can be seen on pictures, but nothing to worry about.
