This can be fit on the Nikon cameras, I used same lens during two years with Nikon F-501 camera without any problems and took fine photos with it. It is very pretty and sharp lens, as I think, it is just a copy of similar Nikkor. It has a big relative aperture, and it allow to adjust sharpness with poor lightning. In the main, most all Soviet lenses are exceptionally good and this one is no exception! The lens looks very accurately used before and was very accurately rebuilt to Minolta lens mount. The glass is very clean, with no any scratches, separations or fungus, but some minor pieces of dust inside or minor cleaning marks sometimes can be found. Aperture blades open and close smoothly, focusing is smooth too. Cosmetically the lens is in nic e condition, just examine item’s photos, please. I tested this lens with Minolta SRT 100 body, lens mount and aperture driver worked properly. NOTE: Soviet lens manufacturers wrote even about NEW lenses. The components of modern high quality lenses are produced from special grades of glass. The smelting process involved causes inevitable formation of gasses which get trapped in the glass to form bubbles. They are always noticed with complex photographic lenses. The bubbles do not affect the lens performance or the quality of the image.
