Dear photographer, please take a look at this vintage Carl Zeiss Jena FLEKTOGON 20 mm f/4 M42 screw mount. Lens made in Germany. This lens has very nice contrast and the barrel distortion is very well controlled. F/4 is certainly not the fastest lens around but it has a very close focusing ability and the bokeh is nice. It has the classic Zebra body it is a very attractive lens. You can not mount it to a Full Frame DSLR such as the 5Dc (there is mirror hitting issues) – When shopping for an adapter you’ll need to get the “Flanged” adapter as there is no A/M switch on the lens, there is a button on the side but it’s quite uncomfortable. The lens is in EXC+ condition. There are some damage on the front element. It’s a cosmetic issue it will have no real effect on image quality. There is no fungus, no deep scratches, no balsamic separation, no haze. The lenses barrel shows very little wear the filter threads are bent but you can put filters on it. Focusing is very smooth Minimum focus distance is only 0,65 or 20 cm. The aperture is moving with no delay there is no oil on the blades. (You can ask for clickless aperture free of charge).
