I dented it within a minute of unboxing it new. Because of that it’s a pain to get a filter on it. I generally don’t use filters as I hate slapping a piece of glass in front of Canon’s precision glass. This ding has never been an issue. The lens hood was repaired where it cracked. Comes with hood, front and rear caps and Canon soft bag. The filter and hood dings can be seen in the detail photos.
